Bathroom ceiling showing localized paint blistering and surface irregularities consistent with prior moisture exposure. Sample location marked for surface testing, with no visible microbial growth observed at the time of inspection.
Surface (tape lift) sample collected from the ceiling slab at a cracked plaster location in the living room to assess the presence of mold. The area shows prior moisture-related deterioration, with no visible microbial growth observed at the time of inspection.
Surfaces were examined under UV light for evidence of mold growth or water damage. The area shown represents a normal, undamaged surface with no anomalies observed.
The boiler room wall was screened for water staining. A visible water stain was observed along the lower portion of the wall, accompanied by minor surface damage. No mold growth was detected at the time of inspection.
Air sampling in progress using a calibrated spore trap pump and Air-O-Cell cassette; sample collected to evaluate airborne mold spore concentrations within the inspected area.
Outdoor control air sample collected using a calibrated spore trap pump and Air-O-Cell cassette to establish background airborne mold spore concentrations for comparison with interior samples.
Thermal imaging used to identify cooler surface areas indicative of moisture. All scanned surfaces displayed a normal thermal pattern.
Surface tape-lift collected for laboratory analysis of mold presence. This sample was taken from the boiler room floor; no mold was detected.
